Sara Holmes AIA, LEED BD+C has successfully completed the Passive House International (PHI) examination following an intensive seven day course in Passive House principles, extended study period and immersion in the use of the Passive House Preparation Package (PHPP). Sara is now qualified to design passive house buildings including commercial, institutional, industrial and residential. She is deemed a Certified Passive House Designer (CPHD).
