Wyeth Architects recently took part in AIA CT’s tour and discussion focused on the  renovation of this historic building in Branford, Connecticut. Originally built in 1886 as a non-denominational church, the space has served multiple purposes over the years before its revitalization by the non-profit Legacy Theatre in 2013.

This renovation embraces sustainable architecture with the philosophy that “the greenest building is the one already built,” extending the building’s lifecycle while minimizing waste.

Thanks to architect Robert Coolidge for photographing the event.
